David Watson and John Clark for a while were talking about rejuvenating social ecology. They didn’t much follow through.
The 2020 national Green Party campaign was characterized by a Red form of eco-socialism. Retrograde and marginalizing. But there is also a very Green form of eco-socialism. It’s best expressed by Samuel Alexander of the Simplicity Institute:
