Towaco project news

Last week the EcoVillage New Jersey Meetup solicited funds (as loans) to enable Joy Hertz to pay the quarterly real estate taxes on her Towaco parcel of land — the property she hopes will one day become the home of the first ecovillage community in New Jersey.
Our efforts were successful and the taxes were paid today. Thanks to all the Meetup members who came forward to contribute.
Joy continues to hold weekly Sunday evening info/discussion zooms. And she welcomes visitors to walk the land with her.
