An indication of how far we are from the greening of society:
Wanting to import less in the way of fossil fuels from Russia (good) the Green Party of Germany is “reconsidering” its opposition to nuclear energy (bad).
The current level of human population + consumption + industrialism simply needs an enormous, enormous, enormous amount of energy.
