The poor people of Ukraine.

Blame:
. Russia for expressing its grievances in a noxious way resulting in death and destruction.
. US/NATO/EU for thirty years of provocation.
. Ukraine’s leadership for its naivete about the ramifications of playing footsie with US/NATO/EU.

Poor us.

We live in a shameful world of:
. social insanity
. ecological irresponsibility
. geopolitical peril
