Just say No to supply chains and trade inequities.
My god, the complexities involved in putting that pomegranate on your plate or that decorative doo-dad at your door. The transports, emissions, efforts, and enervations!
Geopolitical policy band-aids and techno-fixes don’t solve the complexity, they add to it.
The only real solution would be to scale down consumption, trade, and technology.
Simplification. What a relief it would be!
