The explanations of “what went wrong” can be amusing

Those of us who figured the “next higher level of technology” was surely going to be the next higher level of insanity had to endure years of kvelling over its marvels and powers and benefits.

Now it’s amusing to watch the attempts at explanation: Something went wrong. What went wrong? What went wrong?
