Red and Green (for now)

Over time I hope the left will transition, ideologically, “from Red to Green.”

But the Marxist paradigm has had great authority for a long time (150 years) and is being transcended only gradually. So for now it’s a good idea to cultivate Red-and-Green alliances:

On that basis, the following describes an encouraging development in France:

This coalition may turn out to be truly historic. It could conceivably be the main governing force in France after the June elections. In that case Greens would be included in the governing coalitions in both Germany and France.

Green politics arose during the 1970s and started gaining recognition just forty years ago. Our progress is a source of hope in the otherwise dreary political landscape of these times.
