People thrive best in collectives

The era is characterized by over-individuation and hyper-individualism. The result is atomization, anomie, and loneliness.

We are social beings and thrive best living in human-scale collectives, i.e., households, neighborhoods, communities, villages.

The modern collective called the city is too large; it’s beyond human-scale.
