“I thought you hated the internet?”

I hate all of modernity. The internet is simply the latest greatest extension of the folly.

I live within the morass. I live fully within it. I’m not an aescetic or a recluse.

I have little choice but to drive a car. The internet has become unavoidable. Ditto urbanization, mechanization, commercialization, institutionalization, medicalization and all the other myriad wonders.

It’s all of a piece.
