For me this year a somewhat agonizing crucible.

Petitioning is surely the most miserable activity known to humankind. On a good day one is rejected, disparaged, or ignored 80% of the time. On a bad day it’s 90% of the time.

We have twelve of us in New Jersey trying to get on the ballot (deadline: June 4). Meanwhile we’re holding our breath to see if our cousins in New York can get Jill Stein on their ballot (deadline: May 28). The latter outcome could make or break the campaign.
