just great, with a few caveats

American politics is just great except for:

A horrible duopolistic electoral system that results in most people voting against (“the lesser evil”).

The policies of the duopolistic parties that have led us to this point of social and ecological crisis.

The context whereby the modern industrial state, dominated by the mega-corporations, is too big, too remote, too opaque, and too complex to be truly democratized or fully socialized.

* * * *

Other than that . . . just great.
