Re: “croaky” . . . he suffers from spasmodic dysphonia, which causes his voice to quaver and makes speech difficult.
Re: his anti-vax perspective . . . the consensus is that he’s way too extreme about it. I can’t opine. I’m no fan of the medical-industrial complex. I certainly do think antibiotics are over-prescribed (for both humans and livestock). Maybe a case can be made that we over-vax. Anyway, I hope attention will be paid to the whole range of his positions on issues.

The very fact that he said he’s consulted with Vandana Shiva puts him in a very different place than a Joe Biden or even an AOC.
