Urban in-fill in Ghent. Three new buildings with a total of 59 apartments, a community health center, common rooms, gardens. In addition to the sharing of resources and spaces, the project focuses on climate protection.
After the demolition of the old factory, the public park adjacent to the site was enlarged. The development team also managed to preserve the old brick walls and the steel framework construction, so that the special industrial-historical character of the area is preserved.
