They’ve got to stop and they’ve got to negotiate. Any nuclear saber-rattling is beyond the pale.
Very bad: Circa 2008–2021 NATO crossed red lines making Russia feel threatened.
Very bad: 2022 Russian aggression into Ukraine.
Very bad: 2023 US making the situation into an expanded geopolitical confrontation.
There was a demonstration in DC last week trying to bring together organizations of the Left and organizations of the Right. It was kind of a bust. Attendance was about a thousand.
Anther demonstration is planned for March 18. Mostly leftist organizations (including the Green Party of New Jersey):
