About economic relations

Specifically, about the Greens’ key value: “Community-based Economics” ...

My interpretation of it: Scale and local oversight are critical.

Meaning: Enterprises can be privately owned or publicly owned, but they must be community-based (embedded in and accountable to the local community).

Mega-scale, far-flung enterprises are anathema, whether they’re privately owned or socialized.

If scale is more important than property relations, it implies to me that Green politics should be a communitarian movement rather than a socialist movement.
