air these days, but solace still
can be found afield.
Until the people
are involved, global issues
will go unresolved.
Thoreau walked Walden.
The waters whispered one word:
Simplification.
When a people know
their system’s been choked and nixed,
. . . it needs to be fixed.
The facility
of the technology has
enabled too much.
Greed, fear, and despair:
the “rational” motives of
wild-eyed bulls and bears.
Beep beep boop beep boop.
“You’re in Telephone Hell. Thanks
for holding.” Beep boop.
Lately I find much
fewer eyes to meet, with these
cell phones now replete.
Life self-realized
and with no regrets, is as
lucky as it gets.
